THE CHALLENGE
This video needed to communicate urgency, empathy, and a practical path forward. The title is emotionally charged, so the thumbnail had to feel motivating instead of exploitative.
The challenge was balancing struggle and possibility. If the design focused only on poverty, it could feel bleak. If it focused only on success, it could feel unrealistic.
The packaging needed a clear before-and-after tension: the viewer should feel that the video understands the problem and offers a concrete way out.
